NDG “spotlight” - 19??
Occurring roughly in the late 80s, early 90s, sometime in the evening, the witness reports seeing what looked to him to be a spotlight shining out of a solitary cloud over NDG, a suburb of Montreal. There was no sound, which ruled out a conventional flying vehicle such as a helicopter in the witness’s opinion. The sighting was not reported by anyone else, as far as we know. Currently, we do not have the exact date of this incident and we are researching the possible origins. We will update if more information is uncovered.
